The purpose of this project is construction of a spinning seven-story residential building with steel structure, specific (variable) plans and total floor area of approximately 1600 m2 located in Daroos - Tehran.
Design and development of detail engineering drawings of foundation and structure for mentioned building have been accomplished by this company.
This project is the first prize winner of Grand Me’mar award in 2012 (residential projects category).
